Joe Guli, CEO


As the former President of Scratch Concepts, Burger 21 and Grillsmith Restaurant Group, Regional Vice President for Cheesecake Factory, and Corporate Chef for Wolfgang Puck Restaurant Group, with Masters degrees in business finance & the culinary arts, Joe has successfully implemented and executed strategies while continuing to create environments where as he states, "absolute guest satisfaction is our highest priority".

Awarded 40 under 40 in 2017 in the top executives category in the country, Iron Chef winner in the Tampa Market in 2012 for the Children's Cancer Foundation, & "Culinarian" of the year for Cheesecake Factory in 2004, Joe brings a lot to the table-literally and metaphorically.

Guli loves our Sarasota Market "because of the growth and diversity it offers". He is also passionate about family-especially his own, his wife, Jessica and their four children, Anthony, Giovanni, Julissa, and Janella. His vision for the brands that he now oversees has family at their core. Guli believes in treating his employees and patrons like his family at home.
